Scholarship Initiative

Thank you for your advocacy, support, and trust in Just for Girls. We are steadfast in our mission to provide safe, healthy, nurturing spaces for girls to learn and grow.

This year has presented more financial hardship for families already stretched beyond their capacity and has intensified mental and emotional challenges for girls like Jalisa, who thrive at Just for Girls. Our Scholarship Initiative will ensure that every girl who needs us can attend Just for Girls’ programs at no cost to their parents or guardians.  

Ensuring that our staff and students stay healthy and safe, promoting healthy development, and effective
prevention education, are crucial to the success
and survival of our girls.

It is a significant undertaking to provide the number of scholarships we anticipate for the coming year.  We are asking our entire extended family to help us accomplish this for our girls.   

Your donation of just $50 provides a one-week scholarship, including transportation to/from school.

Every scholarship provides full access to before school, after school, and full-day care, engaging academic enrichment programs, and healthy snacks Monday-Friday, between 6:30am and 6:00pm.

Your contribution of $2,500 will provide a FULL YEAR scholarship to a girl in need of academic, enrichment, and character development programs.

There are many ways that you can help our community’s disadvantaged, underserved, and marginalized students, and EVERY donation will help us equip our students with the learning tools they need and deserve for a happy, healthy, and successful future.
